 WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL? 
Our unique, home-brew and time-tested syllabus will benefit your child from almost every aspect. Since we started teaching in 2003, we have seen students grow, learn and improve with our help.

We've also seen many of our students grow up; many of them want to work in one of our centers (you usually only need to work weekends, and hey, you get paid to play LEGOs with kids!) and some even dream of opening their own CR8® center (Licensing)! Why are we so special? Read on to find out!



 
FUELED BY PASSION
The Khongs started teaching and sharing their passion for robotics since 2003. Jun was just 14 at that time, while Jian was 11. They were invited to the Ministry of Education (MoE) multiple times to promote robotics as a subject in education.


 
EXPERIENCED
The Khong Brothers (the whole family in fact) are directly involved in the Creation, Research, Development, Improvement & Maintenance of CR8® Syllabus and Core Systems. They started since they were very young. For more information, please visit the Khong Brothers’ Profile page.


 
ESTABLISHED

HOME BREW
Our fun, engaging, interactive and of course, creatively educational Syllabus are all home-brew (custom made, the best kind!). Since the Khong Brothers were still youngsters when they devised the Syllabus, they know how to connect and relate to others of their age and hence convey the message more effectively (i.e. using the right lingo, trends, etc.)!


 
PROFESSIONAL
Jun and Jian both graduated with full scholarships. As a Partner in Learning with Microsoft® for the Kodu Game Lab, CR8®’s very own Khong Brothers have been invited to give speeches in several other countries. The Khong Brothers have even been invited to judge competitions such as the WCRC (World Creative Robotics Challenge), WRMC (World Robo Masters Cup) and IRO (International Robot Olympiad).


 
CREATIVE
Our name, Creative Robotics™ – also known as Cre8tiv RobotiX™, best known as CR8® – will speak for itself.


 
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
We pay a lot of attention to detail – our Syllabus is made to look good (besides, of course, being comprehensive, concise and elegant) with HD graphics, notes, icons, references and much more. No compromise of either quality or quantity. ;)


 
THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT
Our attention to detail extends all the way to our centers’ interior design – for example, all centers must have good air conditioning, carpet or hardwood flooring, ample parking lots or drop-off points, accessible washrooms, and the list goes on.


 
THE RIGHT COLORS
More attention to detail: we even choose the right color scheme – beige & orange walls stimulate creativity, white furniture adds contrast and actually has a calming effect, and touches of green, grey & other colors add accent. Simple, contemporary, elegant, functional. Only at CR8®.


 
THE RIGHT MIX
Our classes are designed and optimized to allow students of different ages to work, play and learn together (building robots!). This way, they will learn to interact and socialize with other students. Younger students will even be able to learn from the older kids – learning from another’s accomplishments or failures.


 
THE RIGHT LANGUAGE
We eventually plan to go global – the pinnacle of CR8ivity™ (“creightivity”)!! English is the widely acknowledged language of our planet (Earth). Students will pick up new, high-tech and sophisticated English words when they follow our syllabus. This will in turn grant them a brighter future, in which globalization becomes mainstream. Unless we widen our scope to “interplanetary”, we’ll stick to English. ;)


 
THE RIGHT MINDSET
We do our best to provide quality – whether it is the environment, or the materials, or the training. No sharing – each student gets to build, program and decorate their own robot. CR8® is synonymous with quality. Accept no imitations – we only go by the names: “CR8®”, “Creative Robotics™”, “Cre8tiv RobotiX™” Learning Center. Our motto: Discover Fun Engineering.
